Education is key to the future of our society. Educated young people are needed to help build active communities in the Maritimes.
At NB Southern Railway, we support the continuing education of our employee’s children.
Each year, NBSR awards 2 Scholarships to students currently attending Grade 12, with a parent who is currently a full-time employee.
The Scholarships are valued at $1,000 each. Students will be assessed based on career aspirations, previous academic work at high school, extra-curricular and community involvement and on letters of recommendation.
