Our Business Improvement team strives to continuously improve the processes we use to deliver value-add, cost-effective, quality services to our customers. The team also uses LEAN principles to eliminate waste, ensuring we have efficient and effective procedures.
NBSR’s formal management system ensures that improvements are shared across the company so best practices become standardized and part of daily work practices. The management system governs our business strategy, project execution, day-to-day work practices, improvement initiatives and performance monitoring. Ongoing internal audits are your assurance that quality of service and respect of the environment remains a priority at NBSR.
